Spotty internet
For the last 2 days my internet connection has been in and out, computer seems fine but streaming will disconnect, personal phone surfing in and out but work phone is good, at times downstairs streams but upstairs is off…seems mostly to happen in evening/night. I gave unplugged router,etc. more than once and it works but sometimes only for a while, sometimes restarting the Apple TV works sometimes not…getting tired of scrambling around 😕

Unsteady connection can lead to an unpleasant experience during your leisure, and that is not the experience that we want you to have. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
