Speed only good on xfinity website

I pay for the 800mbps plan and my internet [Edited: "Language"]. Everynight it slows down like crazy but when I do a test on xfinity's website it says I'm getting the speed I pay for AND some. However, when I do a speed test on ANY other website it's soooo much worse than my plan. Am I being lied to? I have tried to talk to support and they do whatever in-house tests you have and say everything is fine but my ping spikes like crazy all night long and I'm on ethernet.

here's a ping test. it gets worse and worse as the day goes on. Why am i paying for this?
