Speed is down again...

Xfinity isn't keeping its speed guarantee in Delaware. I'm suppose to receive 300Mbps and I'm barely reaching 200Mbps. I restarted all my devices and modem, yet I see no change.

Our team is here to help! To get a better idea of what's occurring, are you experiencing speed issues when connected directly to the gateway via ethernet or is this on a wireless connection?

Sorry I didn't respond quicker. It seemed that the issues were from the router to the street. The gateway and wifi extender pod are working perfectly. As of a few days ago it appears speed issues have been corrected by Xfinity. I do random speed checks from my laptops and they are consistently reporting download speeds 250+ Mbps. This is what I expect to see.

On another note. My Xfinity app is reporting that there are internet/video/voice outage problems since 2/23 in the Delaware area due to the recent winter storm.

Is there really still an issue with the service area or is this a glitch in the app? My internet/video/voice connections are fine right now.

Thank you for your reply, great to hear that everything is working well for you. There still could be some homes affected by the winter storm even it is not directly affecting you. Once the entire area has been reported as back online the message will clear from your app.
