slowest internet speeds for 3 weeks at exact time
At the moment I have 2.1 MBPS speeds I'm paying for 1200 MBps...two technicians came out already no problems found...third is schedule and this is the third week....they didn't bother to speed up the process of fixing it the issue is from xfinity....I never seen xfinity (comcast) being that bad at providing service....so after 5 years using xfinity it maybe the end of it this week....I dont know how the technicians (two came out and found nothing at my house causing the issue...so its the xfinity problem)

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
