I on the 1 gig up/down plan. Upload is stuck at around 100 mbps. Using Hitron CODA56 modem. How can this be fixed?

Hey there, @user_ytb7iq, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your upload speeds. Are you testing over Ethernet or WiFi? A 100 Mbps upload cap can sometimes be caused by the connection speed between the modem and device rather than the internet service itself. Have you seen the same upload speeds on multiple devices?
