Slow to establish connection / Timeout errors
So... I was out of town for a few days and when I got back I noticed that all devices connected to my home network via wifi were having trouble establishing connections with websites and apps. For example:
1) I have streaming services setup on both Amazon Firesticks and through Smart TV apps and when I tried to use them, they would not connect to the streaming services. I restarted the devices and/or reset their wifi connections. After doing this a few times, the devices connected and the streaming speeds are fine.
2) I ran speed tests using the standard google test on my phone and my PC and the Xfinity app on my phone. During some tests, my connection timed out before speedtest showed any results and during other tests the speedtest took 5-10 seconds to establish a connection and then showed the results.
3) I have two iphones, a laptop, and a desktop connected to the network and on all devices when I attempt to access random websites for the first time, the websites hang or timeout. If I refresh a few times, eventually the connection gets through, and after that the connections seem to work fine and will reload at a normal speed.
I got frustrated and factory reset my routers. I have a cable modem Motorola MB7621 and wired into it is a TP-Link AX1800 router and another router connected to the TP-Link setup as a wireless repeater - Asus RT-AX1800S. After resetting, I began to see the same issues again, streaming devices had trouble with initial connections, as did my iphones and PC's where the initial connection to websites and/or apps were slow and sometimes timed out.
There are still some websites, apps, and programs that will hang and/or timeout and I don't know where to go from here. I set my router to connect to google and cloudflare DNS servers, but still no luck. Here are the reads from my modem:

I should add that... I work from home, and when connected to my Company's VPN, all webpages seem to load normally and I have not had any timeout issues. So it seems like the issue is with the initial connection to some domains. After making the initial connection content loads normally.
