Slow Speeds
I am paying for a 1200 download service, the most I see is about 550 mb via ethernet connection. Rebooted modem many times. I am using Cat 8 ethernet cable. I would cancel Xfinity, except no other real options where I live. Was hoping somebody could help me out. Thanks

I am glad you tried to reset the modem. Did you go through the troubleshooting steps in the Xfinity app where you check the wires to the modem and have a signal sent? It also runs checks of the area for problems.
How long ago did this issue begin?
Are you using an owned modem or Xfinity modem?
Are you plugged into the modem or a router?
