Slow Internet
I pay for the unlimited high speed service but recently the internet keeps slowing down and disconnecting various times a day. I have restarted the gateway, tested the speed, and checked for outages and nothing resolved this issue. This happens daily, various times a day almost hourly now and does not allow us to enjoy the internet we pay for.
