slow internet for weeks

Rebooted modem and still have same speeds. All devices are having the same issue from slow internet. Speeds testing at about 600 Mbps. Paying for and yes I know up to 1200.  Speeds were faster in the past and now I have 3 less cameras running.  I should at least be getting same speeds I had before and not 600 Mbps and less.
