SLOW gigabit upload speed
My usual upload of 35Mbps to 40Mbps has dropped to between 3Mbps and 9Mbps. The sole reason I pay for the 1200Mbps (download is flawless) is for the upload speed. I've rebooted EVERYTHING several times. The latency and ping come back great (obvs cuz download still flies). Upstream bonded from 35.0 dBmV to 38.0dBmV. I disconnected from everything and ran the ethernet direct into the rebooted modem (Arris SB8200) with zero change. This is on your end Xfinity. No one can run a smart home with cameras on a download that crawls. This is in the Sacramento area.
