Silk Browser not supported?

I can not use xfinity stream on my Amazon fire 8 Kindle.  Says you the browser is not supported.  I use the silk browser and have been streaming fine until today. It says to update my browser, I did that and still getting the same error.

Hello, @user_88066a. Thank you for reaching out to us for help with your Xfinity Streaming app on your Amazon Fire 8 Kindle. Have you had the chance to clear your cache and cookies on your Silk Browser and force restart the application to see if that helps? Do you have the option to try a different browser or download the application on that device to see if you're able to stream through different features?
We have seen that fully powering the Kindle off for a few minutes and back on if you have not already. This is a great first step with most streaming device when it runs into issues with applications.
