Signal levels / truck roll / plant issue / maintenance

I upgraded from 200Pro Plus/Double Play and added Gig, went and bought a SB8200 modem of my own, provisioned it on your network and got terrible speeds of 150mbs (15% of Gig), wired direct to my pc which I have iperf tested to run at gig speeds over local switches.
Troubleshot repeatedly with tech support who would basically reboot my modem, ending chat support session (What a convient way to get rid of your customers), finally was able to speak to a rep and was "escalated" to tier 2 whom proceeded to reboot my modem several times to no avail and ultimately suggested trying the new X7 cable modem from Xfinity, I got it today and what do you know same terrible speeds. Call back in and get put through the run-around again hung up on several times, chats disconnected by reps rebooting my cable modem, and my speeds are still trash.
Im supposed to get a "call" tommorow from a "Virtual Tech" which Im certain will just be the automated system rebooting my cable modem once again (Not fixing the issue)
Since Ive had 2 seperate docsis 3.1 cable modems both run at 150Mbps *MAX* (Again 15% of what I am paying for which is unaccetable), their is obviously a plant issue or something in the head end. (Both 3.1 modems have been re-provisioned several times)
I setup my brothers Gig, and he is getting close to 890Mbps, which is much more reasonable.

The signal levels ARE in the post body. And all the troubleshooting steps have been performed REPEATEDLY.

Sorry to disappoint. I see downstream QAM info, but not OFDM info, nor error log, nor upstream power levels. Please post them.
