Signal but no internet

My NetGear Nighthawk AC1900 wifi cable modem router has a signal but will not connect to the internet.  I’ve reset it several times by unplugging it, using the rest button and holding the wifi button. Any idea how to get it back online? I can’t restart it manually in my account.

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.


Or you can use the Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

Thanks for reaching out about your modem not getting a signal though showing  a signal. @EG provided some great tips to check for any area issues as well as going through troubleshooting steps in the Xfinity app. Has your service started working now or is it still offline?
