Seems to be a problem with be-2411-pe11.350ecermak.il.ibone.comcast.net
I am seeing significant packet loss on one of the comcast gateways/routers. Can someone please look into it? MTR pasted below:

The trace continues past the timeouts at the intermediate hops and reaches the destination, so the timeouts are probably not significant. Please see https://www.dslreports.com/faq/14068.

The "No response from host" line (note that this hop is beyond Comcast's network) is probably not significant because the router at that hop is passing packets along to the following hops, which is its primary task. Routers are typically programed to give responses to trace packets low priority and that's what's probably happening there.
The most significant line in that report is the first Comcast hop. There is some packet loss and high RTT in the "Wrst" column that carry through to the end of the trace. That suggests that there may be a problem with the connection between your equipment and Comcast's network.
Are you connecting via Wifi or Ethernet? If Wifi, it's best to switch to an Ethernet cable connection if possible for testing. That would allow you to determine whether the problem is the Wifi signal or the link between your modem or gateway and Comcast. Network connection problems that affect both Ethernet and Wifi devices are often due to poor coax connections or damaged coax cable, usually in or near your home.
If you want to troubleshoot this yourself, please see Internet Troubleshooting Tips. If you still need help, please post your Internet plan speed and the following information from your modem or gateway (from http://192.168.100.1 or http://10.0.0.1):
If you can't find the problem or you'd rather have Comcast take care of it, call them at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or use one of the options on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/. It's not likely they can fix the problem remotely. If not, insist they send a tech out to identify the cause and correct it.
If the tech finds bad coax, splitters, amplifiers, or connections in your home (even if Comcast originally supplied them) you'll probably have to pay for the visit unless you have their Service Protection Plan ( https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/service-protection-plan, closed to customers that don't already have it). If the trouble is due to a faulty Comcast rental device or anything outside your home you shouldn't be charged.

I keep getting disconnected playing games online. I too see the packet loss with be-2411-pe11.350ecermak.il.ibone.comcast.net. Consistent and does not go away.

As above, the apparent packet loss at be-2411-pe11.350ecermak.il.ibone.comcast.net and ae1-br02-eqch2.as57976.net is probably not significant. Note that the routers at those hostnames are passing packets along to the following hops, which is their primary task, and all 103 packets sent arrived at the destination IP in a timely manner. Routers are often programed to give low priority to responding to ping and trace packets and that's probably what's happening there. Please see https://www.dslreports.com/faq/14068.
