Secondlife Game Only Seeing Water On Some Sim Changes

Hello 

If walk or drive around in my Secondlife Home Community with Offical viewer on Comcast Xfinity XB7 Arris Model Gateway,   i get to a sim change (another land/road to drive on) i only see water and cannot continue,  same issue is present on Desktop PC and Gaming Laptop That is WIfi,   ((Desktop is hardwired ethernet))

So far already did Internet Tests with Secondlife support,  those ping tests and trace routes came out fine, but issue continues

Should i try my USB 2.5gig Adapter in the morning on Desktop and see if it works any better (of course with a Full Gateway Restart and Maybe TV Boxes as well)   Gateway First, then XG1V4 DVR Box,  Then Wifi TV box upstairs

Or any other suggestions appreciated

Hello @bikeman017 We appreciate you taking the time to make this post so that our community can assist you. To confirm, are you having issues with the video game Second Life? How are your internet services being impacted with using your internet with other devices, games, apps, or websites (speeds running slow, unable to connect devices, complete lost of service, internet cutting in and out)?

Well Internet seems fine for other things,  i had some trouble replying while signed into Xfinity forum, finally got it to work via not signed in, and hopefully this posts fine

SpeedTests looks normal

I've been dealing with this Secondlife game issue since 11/6/2023, so trying any and all troubleshooting i can, before i get so frustrated and end up doing a complete Windows 11 Pro Desktop Clean install method of fixing, is my last resort, but almost to that point

All other websites  seem to work fine, as well as other games that I've tested so far

Using XB7 Arris Gateway wired connection,  Cat6A flat ethernet wire

All want things working perfectly if its even possible, might take a break from all the troubleshooting early tomorrow and watch a Movie and make sure TV portion of services working fine, been working on this every single day since 11/5/2023

I do appreciate the additional insight on this @bikeman017. Since you have mentioned everything else with your connection is working when using the internet, that points to the game itself having an issue. I would recommend reaching out to the developer of the game for further assitance with any game issues you are seeing.

Yes i did reach out to the Game Developer, been working with them since November 7th, just getting desperate for a solution that solves it fully

P.S. Finally can type a reply to this, other nights i had trouble replying for some reason
