Router service, not working

My router is not turning on at all and I can’t get a signal for my laptop or TV. It is pretty old so I suspect it may need to be replaced.

Are any of your devices able to connect or see the wireless network? Are devices that are connected via Ethernet able to connect to the Internet still? Are you using an Xfinity xFi Gateway or personal third-party equipment?
