Router blinking green then yellow
My router keeps cycling blinking yellow and blinking green been and issue for a few hours, have checked all connections and power cycled, the app service thing just tells me I need to schedule a technician but I would like to fix it sooner

Hey there, @user_hje7z8, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your connection. I definitely understand wanting to try a few more things before scheduling a technician. Since you’ve already restarted the gateway and checked the cables, have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the coax cable at both the wall outlet and the gateway?
