RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW

Constant disconnects with Motorola MB8600 since mid-April-25. Internet has constant disconnects. Tech was on site 27-Apr, to investigate disruption on Xfinity streaming TV. No improvement. Same tech scheduled to return 7-May-25 at 5pm. 

Modem log shows repetitive pattern of errors since mid-April.

Any specific advice for the tech who is scheduled onsite today at 3pm EST. I have arranged access to the cable modem (Motorola 8600) so he can view updated connection details, logs and spectrum analysis.

Thanks for the reply. Alas the tech was a no show. I received a text after the service window closed explaining that his company had assigned him to a different city and suggesting that I call xfinity to schedule a new service appointment.

The issue has been open since 24-Apr, making Internet and TV streaming package almost unusable. Is there a better alternative than phoning Xfinity support?

Updated info 

Xfinity Speed Test download 537 mbps and upload = error. Measurement Lab speed test says upload is 0.08 mbps.

Tech did not show. He sent a text explaining that his company had assigned him to a different city and suggesting that I call Xfinity to set up a new service appointment. Is there a way to avoid calling and starting from zero? Same symptoms since 24-April. Tech visit 27-April found no problems with cabling or splitters inside house.
