replacement refund

Help

My mother was issued a refund debit card.  I expired on 3/25.  She no longer has an account (hence the refund).  How do we get the catd replaced?

Thanks for reaching out to us, if you are one of the authorized users on the account go ahead and send me a direct message with your name, the account holder's name and the complete service address and I can get a ticket filled out to get a new prepaid cards out.

 

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
