Replace current modem with new one.
Hi,
I just bought a new modem to replace the current one, both of them are Netgear, I plug in the new modem and try to click 'restart modem' from xfinity service page, but that didn't work, seems xfinity service page has the old modem information on it.
Does anyone how to set up the new modem? Thanks a lot!

Have you called 800-COMCAST or 800-XFINITY with the MAC ID to activate the new modem? You could also try 855-652-3446.
