Repeated visits from technicians - Building is getting about 1% line speed of what we are paying for.
Comcast technicians have visited my apartment at [Edited: "Personal Information"] 5 times and stated my 1GB connection I am paying for dropping to 2MB about 3 months ago and that it was an "Outside problem" and needed a "line technician" or "maintenance supervisor,". I have called repeatedly asking when someone would be sent out and they keep sending an inside technician. When I run the test on the Comcast App, it says that I am not getting nearly the speed I should. About 4 months ago, I was getting about 1.2GB's, and the fact I am getting about 1% of what I am paying for is getting a little frustrating and not sure where to go from here.
