Re: Not receiving advertised speeds
My blast plan up to 200 mbps went out, so i “upgraded” to the same speed for less money, they sent me a new router and a streaming tv thing but now i cant get any higher than 30Mbps, at least with the old router i was getting 80-120 or so... so unreliable. Always take my money from my account, but has never given me my automated acct discount, billing app shows im paying $100 a month but they say dont worry, its only $80, WHEN ITS SUPPOSED TO BE $59.... no wonder my dad uses hughsnet rather than give these folks a dime, and that service is TERRIBLE! I thought he was nuts, but im starting to get it...

I had similar issue with the xFi gateway they just sent me, even though I had activated it with the app it hadn't activated right. I got on chat and they were able to activate it and speeds went to as expected.
