Random Internet Dropping
Internet is constantly dropping
My internet seems to randomly drop throughout the day. I notice it almost always happens when playing in an online game, I will be disconnected within 5 minutes and my whole home network will need to reboot. I have 3 kids all trying to play games online and it constantly drops
It will also drop randomly throughout the day,
It's been going on for almost 3 weeks now I have changed my box twice and now Xfinity didn't show up for my 2nd trouble call in a week does anyone have a work around or a corporate number I can call to get this problem fixed

Hello Angrycustomer89 thank you so much for sharing your experience here via our Xfinity Forums. What specific console is this happening on, or is this happening on a PC? Is it always the same game that does this, or is it any online game played? Is everyone trying to get online at the same time?
