Printer will not connect to the new xFi Gateway router

I'm about to lose it over here.  Ever since upgrading our router I have not be able to print from the same printer I've been printing from flawlessly for years.  Please help me fix this.  I'm ready to quit Xfinity over this.  I can't contact anyone irl to get help with this.  I'm beyond frustrated over this.

Good evening @user_kh0vkn, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, I appreciate it. I see that you are having issues connecting your printer to your new gateway. To confirm, is your WiFi network popping up on the list of available networks on your printer? Have you also tried restarting your printer or gateway?

Yes, the printer and gateway see one another but will not connect. All other devices work perfectly

@user_s3j80m Thank you for commenting on this thread in the Xfinity Community forums. You will need to reach out to the original manufacturer of the printer for support in getting this connected. Since all other devices are connected and working perfectly the service is working as intended. We would not be able to troubleshoot 3rd party equipment.
