Port forwarding issue

I've read all over your support pages regarding port forwarding but no where did I read about a solution to the issue. Below is one of many articles where an Xfinity CSR recommends something and it doesn't ever work. Please get this worked out ASAP or tell us it will never happen. Just tell us something.,
