Poor Service in Louisville, Colorado

I have two business accounts and had two residential accounts for Internet. Telephone tech support has been beyond awful and an amazing waste of time. We have spent hours with zero resolution. Our connection at [Edited: "Personal Information"] is beyond garbage. Our understanding is that other customers in Louisville upgraded their service to one with a faster upload speed and Xfinity is having trouble with the new frequency. During the NCAA tournament in March the sports bar Murphy's was having frequent outages with this 'new service'. I heard it from tech support, and I witnessed it first hand. WHEN IS XFINITY GOING TO FIX THE SERVICE? We have already put in Starlink and are searching around for another provider. I am cancelling the service at my other office and I cancelled the service at one of the two homes where I had service. ANYONE, EVERYONE, XFINITY SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE, CO AND SUPERIOR, CO IS NOT WORKING FOR MANY BUSINESS AND HOME USERS AND XFINITY KEEPS CLOSING OUT SERVICE TICKETS SAYING THE ISSUE IS FIXED. I can just see someone from Xfinity reaching out and saying where? What is the issue? We had no idea. [Edited: "Profanity"]. There is a widespread known issue with this enhanced service with a new frequency and your team is closing out tickets pretending the issue is resolved. Get your act together.
