Poor downstream connection, router in partial service mode for multiple days.

Hello, just moved into a new apartment. Set up internet. When it is working it is great but have multiple disconnects and resets every hour. Causing videocalls to drop and games to lag.

Cable connection check with a CAX80 used to say Poor downstream connection, did the things and changed out the COAX cable, didn't have any splitters to remove and still had the same issue. An xfinity tech came out and looked at thigns and replaced connectors on the coax cable and said things looked like they should be good. All things were green for about an hour before it started to drop again and now has said in 'Partial Service Mode'   . The downstream icon on the router has been blinking non-stop since connecting to the internet.

Hey, did they ever resolve the issue? If so, what ended up being the problem?

I'm having the exact same issue, with the exact same modem/router combo.
