Please cancel my internet
I feel trapped, I have been looking for how to cancel my internet. I know it is intentionally made difficult because you are allowed to and may get an extra month or so of payment from people who also feel trapped, but I genuinely have no need for Internet service anymore because I moved out of my old house and no longer need Wifi. I could cancel my credit card and start anew, but I'd rather be permitted to actually cancel my service. I am not near an Xfinity store in person so please can you just cancel my service for me. I can't even find a phone number to call. I understand why it's made difficult (who cares if a soon-to-be non-customer has a bad impression of the product), I am just incredibly annoyed by this very anti-consumer practice. Sorry for conflating my real request to want to cancel my internet with my genuine annoyance at how difficult this is.
