Ping Spiking on intervals

I've been having issues where my latency will spike approximately every 11 minutes or so. I've seen it go every 20 or 30 minutes, but it's very consistent. Looking for any assistance. I've replaced the modem and the issue persists.

Typically, with small spikes, that can indicate a small signal quality issue. Some main things to check would be the coax cable connection. Would you be able to ensure the coax cable is in good quality with no hard bends, kinks, bite marks or cuts that could interfere with the signals? Another good helpful tip is visiting our 'Tips for troubleshooting your Xfinity Internet connection' knowledge base. If you are still experiencing issues, could you please review the knowledge base and follow the steps to provide us with your signal levels? This will be tremendously helpful in troubleshooting further.
