phones and Ipad do not work after new modem is installed

installed the latest white modem. computer works which is a PC however ios devices do not. it shows connected to modem with strong signal but nothing connects. did all reccomended solutions. phone tech could not resolve.

Bruce,

thanks! problem resolved by renaming gateway and changing password. You would have thought that the Comcast tech support would know that. They spent an hour on diagnosis only to recommend a visit by a technician. Very sad.
