Pause device broken
XFINITY I really dislike you. Just the other day I could pause devices on my network.. today I can see where it should be but won’t allow me to pause devices. Give me control over my network! This is unacceptable

Hey @user_ln798z, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to troubleshooting the parental controls and pausing of the devices. Have you attempted to power cycle the modem by unplugging for 20-30 seconds from the power source? Restarting the modem may help reactivate the feature.
