Parental Controls not working?

Hello, I had set up my parental controls for my kids to help block inappropriate websites and keywords. When I check the reports, I see a crazy amount of attempts at these blocked sites/ keywords. I confirmed all devices connected are mine and tracked the times they were happening and sometimes everyone in the house is asleep or offline. How can I fix this? Whats going on?!!

Hi there, @user_cxlbyo! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Would you be able to confirm if the devices that should be blocked from viewing the specific sites are able to still view them?

So I don't see an option to block specific devices except in the app and it won't let me add devices in the app. Could someone be connected to my Wi-Fi I don't know about? Also, when searching the keywords they do still bring up results unfortunately.

@user_cxlbyo, to verify, what application are you using to view reports and attempts?

user_cxlbyo To add a device and for it to show in your Xfinity app under your WiFi-connected devices, all you would need to do is connect to your home network with that device. Once connected to your home Wi-Fi you will see the device listed in the app. You can then add the device to a profile to help identify who is using the device. Under the connected to your Wi-Fi option, you will see a People and a + tap there to set up a profile to add the device to once connected to your home network. If that is not what you are looking to do please provide more information, so I can help make sure you get the steps you need.
