packet loss problems

Just completed a cloudflare speed test after my apps started lagging badly. Received a measurement of 48% packet loss. This only happened in the last hour.

I went through the whole process. Everything checks out. Today, the packet loss was less but concentrated in the 10 am-12 pm timeframe.
