As @EG has already helpfully pointed out, you can always check the Xfinity Status Page for your area. (Thanks for always being on point @EG!)
You can also use the Xfinity App to check for issues as well, and if needed, perform a diagnostic on your connection. If the App cannot resolve your issues, it can do everything up to and including scheduling a technician for you.

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
