Outage marked Resolved but still no service
I was recently apart of a wide xfinity outage, which has since been marked resolved. However, I still have no service at all. I am very confident it is due to the main service line and xfinity’s network as everything in my house is new and working. I reached out to support but they scheduled my tech visit for 6/11. I think this type of outage should be prioritized with same day service since I have no service at all and it is due to an unresolved outage that must have been mistakingly marked resolved.
Please help ASAP!
