Outage for 3 days

Our internet was spotty starting Monday it was going in and out. Thursday at 12am it went out and never came back. I cannot work and my kids cannot do homework at home. There is no explanation or any answers. I am close to changing services.

First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Yes they appear. It came and went the first few days. Now it has not gone away since 12am Thursday. When I click the outage map it shows its down in my zip code but not my address.

OK, I'm going to escalate this to the Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) who are available to these boards. Perhaps they can dig deeper into it and come up with some more detailed info / an ETA for a fix for you. Good luck !
