Orange/red blinking light

Our modem is blinking orange, we have tried disconnecting and connecting all the cables, and there doesn’t seem to be many outages that close to our house. Im not sure what the problem is and the website does not have any direct information on this specific issue. I would mainly like to know if this is an issue on our part or do we just have to wait for it to work properly?
