Online Gaming Constantly Dropped
As of the last few weeks, my internet gaming continually gets dropped within four or five minutes of playing.
I have followed every single suggestion this forum has done. But the dropping continues. here's a report from a tracing route even:

no matter what I do, it always drops a few minutes into online gaming. I have tried ethernet as well, still drops. My upload speeds are always only 10 mb.
Thoughts?

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Community Forums support page. We would be more than happy to assist with your connectivity issues. We appreciate you leaving some information such as the traceroute. From glancing over it, I do not see any issues or areas of concern.
Do you happen to have issues with other devices within the home or just on your specific online game? Would it be possible for you to run a continuous ping to see if there are any packets that are dropped?
Could you also provide us some information on how your next is formed such as rental or owned modem, third-party router, and more? We hope to hear from you soon.
