Ongoing Internet Connection Issues
Have had problems with our internet connection for the last two months. Error messages
Sorry we are having trouble connecting.
error 03137
There’s a problem connecting to the Internet
error RDK-03033
We have had Comcast out 8 times! They have replaced all the wiring coming into our house. WE have replaced our modem which we own. We have had Avista Electric company out to check the power coming into our house, no problems.
We are still constantly losing our Internet connection. Off and on.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
