One specific laptop will not connect to our Xfinity Wifi Extender

I just recently installed an Xfinity Wifi Extender in my home office.  I have two laptops that I use here, one for the office and one for personal.  The personal laptop connects to the wifi extender and the work laptop absolutely will not connect to the extender.  I have forgot network and tried to rejoin it.  I have turned off wifi completely and tried to rejoin.  I have both laptops sitting next to one another on my desk next to the extender.  


Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Are you attempting to connect your Network SSID with the password? Once connected to the network it would route what connection is picks up as best. Can you provide a few more details as to what you are seeing when you connect? Is this a laptop from a company that you work for that you are trying to connect? This seems to be the only device you have mentioned not connecting, it may be a issue with that laptop. If that were the case you would need to reach out to your OEM for the laptop or IT if a company laptop.
