off line internet constantly
I am not a happy customer. I replaced my router with a new Xfinity router two weeks ago. I had Xfinity help me set it up. Since, I have been dropping internet daily and the only way to restore it is to unplug the router and plug it back in. This is not always possible when I am away. I was on with tech support yesterday with a call back scheduled for the evening when I was able to be on location. The time period came and left with NO CALL. I reset the router, and lo and behold, the router failed three more times before I had to leave in the mornnig. The automated system asked to contact me in ten minutes and again NO CALL. With the amount I pay for the service, you would think we would have the best service without problems at all.
