Hey, @user_795da8

We moved your post into it's own conversation and changed the topic to relate to it so that you can have more exposure on the issue that you're having.

Being able to use VR at home has been a major step and we want you to be able to enjoy it! Which model of the Oculus VR are you having this issue with? Is the Oculus connected to Wi-Fi or does it link to a system that is connected to the internet such as a desktop, etc? Have you attempted disconnecting the Oculus from your network and connecting to it again?

I am also having problems with our Oculus Quest. Our internet went out briefly on the evening of 3/1. After it came back on my daughter is no longer able to connect her VR with her computer (it says that it does not see her computer) everything I have read says that this has something to do with the router? I created another port for her and that did not work. She used virtual desktop and it just will not recognize her computer after the modem restarted. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it.
