Now Internet Cannot Access Web Server from within My network

Posting this to hopefully save someone else a lot of time. I just switched to NOW internet and have the same problem that is

described here:

https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/access-internal-web-server-from-inside-network/62080cfa492ead27c0582945

After several hours I found this info from 2 years ago and this is exactly whats happening with the Arris XB3 Cable Modem that is sent to switch to

NOW internet. Prior to making the switch I used a few different cable modems with no issues, Netgear 7500 etc.

Anyway I use my neighbors internet to access my website (Which is just a bunch of links I regularly access) as a work around for now.

Example: You connect to your Xfinity Internet, You cannot access your website.

You connect to your phone's internet (different provider) No problem.

You connect to your neighbors internet (different provider) No problem.

I am guessing if you connect using some else's xifinity internet it should work.

I have not rebuilt my web server from scratch yet to test, however it was working fine

with previous cable modem.

Hope this helps!
