Not getting internet speeds I pay for

Like the title says. I pay for gig, it should be 1000 down, I get 700 down. The agents tell me, Oh no it's not a guarantee you get what you get. Why am I paying you for something you won't even try to deliver?

@XfinityEva​ Typical, so just like your chat, and the guys on the phone, you're not going to do anything, but you're still going to charge me for this? yeah bull, you're changing it back to the lower speeds and giving me my money back. Don't sell products you can't deliver on.

Same exact thing from me. I paid for 500MPBS and xfinity for YEARS delivered me 90 or 118 down speeds every single day. I complain to the chat reps, the phone reps, the executives. Not a single person at Xfinity cares. 

You know what they told me. We see you have used ALOT of data so we are not going to give you a refund even though you paid for something you never received. My modem is listed as a compatible modem with the plan I paid for and yet I never received anything close to the 500MBPS down plan I paid for. I am still right now in contact with the FCC over this with Xfinity because of the incredibly poor customer service run by this garbage company.

How can you charge me for a data plan that you never deliver the speeds for and then tell me "well you used alot of data - no fix for you". This is how bad this Xfinity company is.
