Not getting 200mbps - tried everything…restarting, resetting, contacting support
I’ve tried everything to get more than 80mbps upload speed when my plan supports 200mbps. I have no issue with the download speed—I get 1200mbps download speed. Please help.

Please post your the following information from your modem or gateway (from http://192.168.100.1 or http://10.0.0.1):
Copy and pasted text is preferred over images. Be aware that, if you post any images, your message will be made Private for a time, as all images must be approved by the Forum Moderators before the messages containing them become generally visible.

That's what Comcast calls an XB8 ( Technicolor) gateway (see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/broadband-gateways-userguides ), but there doesn't seem to be any OFDMA data. The OFDMA data is especially important as it is what enables the higher upload speeds. Doesn't the gateway report this?

Hello @user_izk211, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum. Have you already had a technician out to your home to check to make sure there is not a block on the line?
