Not getting 200 Mbps upload speed
The network in our area was upgraded a few months ago to 10g and my account says 200 Mbps upload but after restarting my modem I still get 35 Mbps upload.

Which modem are you using? If you're not using a Comcast gateway there are only 3 modems currently approved for increased upload, at least in my area: Hitron CODA56, Hitron CODA and NetGear CM2050V. You can check on the My Device Info page https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices/ and click the "all supported devices" link on the right side, which will bring up a .pdf listing the recommended devices for "next gen" speed tiers. If you don't have one of those three modems or a new enough Comcast gateway (XB8 or... not sure about others) you won't get increased upload speeds and the most you can get is ~40Mbps on a plan that offers 35Mbps upload.
All of this is a work in progress. At first only Comcast gateways were supported. Then they added the 2 Hitron modems. The Netgear CM2050V, which I have, was added later. Also 3rd party gear is/was limited to 100 up if you have one of those three, though that's supposedly temporary. I have to assume they're working on adding support for more modems and cable WiFi routers. I noticed a couple weeks ago when I woke up on a weekend morning to a crashed modem. After resetting it speeds were back to normal (~1420/40 on a 1200/35 plan), but I noticed I had an upstream OFDMA channel locked. Never saw that before, though I hadn't looked in a while. Then I checked the web site and it says I have a 1200/200 plan. The next weekend I woke up to a crashed modem again, but nothing changed. Now I have a notice that I should expect an outage at 3:30am on Thursday 10/26 due to "performance issues" which I'm not having aside from not getting more than 40 up. Eventually I'll get annoyed with the lack of progress, but it's only been a bit over 2 weeks from my point of view.

i have a problem with support and trying to get the 200 upload speeds in general i went to the store first to see if they could help me and the lady said she had never heard of it before that day did some research about it told me she didn’t even know how to check if i was eligible or not and even if i was she didn’t know how to give it to me, so then i texted 3 live agents on the xfinity app they were no help telling me they didn’t have that much product knowledge about this so what im wondering is how do i get this or check if i have it because i have an xb8 router and xfi complete just need to know who to contact to get this, i am located in tuscaloosa alabama. and i have the gigabit extra plan as well any help would be greatly appreciated.
