Not getting 200 Mbps upload after getting NetGear CM3000 Modem

Can anyone help me figure out why I'm still capped at 40Mbps even though my plan 200Mbs upload. Restarted Modem multiple times still no luck. Please Help!

@EG​ Hey! They were able to resolve this today. They had modem C3000 in my account and not CM3000. The tech was able to see that right away and once they switched the modem its now 200+
