No service restoration

I've setup a couple of payment arrangements and still no service. Also received prompt that service will be restored

Hello there, @user_4pfjb5! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! In some cases, when your service is restored, resetting the equipment may be necessary. Have you reset the power for your modem/cable box just yet?
