No service - restarting/powercycling not resolving issue
Hello, so I am having problems with my service. It has been pretty stable until yesterday, when there was an unplanned outage in my area. After that, it stabilized.
But today there was suddenly no downstream/upstream traffic between my modem and Xfinity. I have tried power-cycling, but it has not fixed the issue.
I have a Motorola MB8611, and I am also trying to figure out whether the issue is with the modem or upstream.
