No Response received- T3 time-out

I've been using Xfinity internet for some time with no problems up until about two weeks ago. My connection started getting very slow and would drop randomly. Now it will not connect at all. I've restarted and updated my router, checked all connections, and tried multiple devices, including connecting both wirelessly and through ethernet. Nothing is able to connect to the internet. When I run a ping test it comes back as destination host unreachable. I checked my router logs and see the following errors:

Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received- T3 time-out.

And also:

No Response - Retries exhausted

My router is a Netgear C6300v2

Hello, @user_7fb045. Thank you for reaching out about your connection concerns. Have you had the opportunity to check out the link posted by @EG? Are you using any other equipment with your C6300v2?

Thank you for the replies. I was able to fix this by setting my ip type to dynamic in my router.

Awesome! That sounds like it worked. If you do need anything else, feel free to post so that we can assist you.

I no longer work for Comcast.

FWIW, the IP type and those modem RF errors are unrelated.. Hope things hold up for you. Good luck !
